Our adhesives are coated in clean room conditions and the tack levels vary from very high instant tack to easily removable and replaceable adhesive systems.
Astrashield 100 and 175 micron are clear polyester films with a heavy duty adhesive designed for rapid emergency repair of broken windows, providing an instant temporary repair to alleviate the dangers of broken glass
in windows, doors, partitions and panels where fragments of glass can cause serious injury.
Astrashield 100 and 175 micron Polyester Emergency glass repair film has an instant tack adhesive and gridded release liner of ease of measuring and cutting to size.
The 175 micron film has passed the British Standard EN12600 Glass impact Test to Class 1B1.
